Ula Nowak - ist Journalistin, Moderatorin, Produzentin und Musikkuratorin.
Innerhalb ihrer unterschiedlichen Beschäftigungsfelder ist sie vielfach engagiert. Als Produzentin zeichnet sie für den Programmausschuss des OFF Festivals Katowice sowie für das Jüdische Kulturfestival in Krakau. Ula Nowak ist Jurymitglied der Transglobal World Music Charts und der Balkan World Music Chart. Als Inhaberin der Konzertagentur Mosaic Beats wurde sie für das einjährige Talententwicklungsprogramm von Keychange 2023 ausgewählt, einem globalen Netzwerk das sich für die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter in der Musikindustrie einsetzt. Als unabhängige Produzentin/Kuratorin arbeitete sie in den letzten Jahren regelmäßig u.a. mit dem Juliusz Słowacki Theater in Krakau, dem Łaźnia Nowa Theater und dem Folk-Festival des polnischen Rundfunks „Nowa Tradycja“ zusammen. Am Anfang ihrer journalistischen Karriere moderierte sie ihre eigene Radiosendung „Balkanera“ und veröffentlichte u. a. für die landesweiten Zeitschriften über Jazz und Weltmusik Jazzarium.pl, Pismo Folkowe, Gazeta Wyborcza und ProAnima.pl. Fünf Jahre lang war sie Sprecherin des Jazz Juniors Festivals. Zur Zeit ist Ula Nowak beim Internetradio „JAZZKULTURA“ tätig, wo sie Morgensendungen moderiert und natürlich ihre eigene Weltmusiksendung „World-Sensitivity“!

Producentka i członkini rady programowej na OFF Festivalu Katowice, a także menadżerka programowa i producentka przy Festiwalu Kultury Żydowskiej w Krakowie. Panelistka Transglobal World Music Chart - inicjatywy zrzeszającej dziennikarzy radiowych z całego świata, którzy co miesiąc wybierają najciekawsze nowości wydawnicze w obrębie world music, a także Balkan World Music Chart. Właścicielka agencji koncertowej Mosaic Beats. Jako niezależna producentka/kuratorka regularnie współpracowała w ostatnich latach min. z Teatrem im. Juliusza Słowackiego w Krakowie, Teatrem Łaźnia Nowa, Festiwalem Folkowym Polskiego Radia „Nowa Tradycja". W przeszłości prowadziła autorski program radiowy „Balkanera", publikowała min. dla Jazzarium, Pisma Folkowego, Gazety Wyborczej oraz portalu ProAnima. Realizowała projekty dla Instytutu Adama Mickiewicza oraz Krakowskiego Biura Festiwalowego. Przez 5 lat była rzecznikiem prasowym Festiwalu Jazz Juniors. Obecnie związana z radiem internetowym JAZZKULTURA, gdzie prowadzi autorski program z muzyką świata „Świato-czułość" oraz poranne audycje.

Producer and member of the program board at OFF Festival Katowice, as well as program manager and producer at the Jewish Culture Festival in Krakow. Panelist of the Transglobal World Music Chart - an initiative associating radio journalists from around the world, who every month choose the most interesting releases in world music, as well as the Balkan World Music Chart. The owner of the concert agency Mosaic Beats. As an independent producer/curator, she has regularly collaborated in recent years with, among others, the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Krakow, the Łaźnia Nowa Theater, and the Folk Festival of the Polish Radio "Nowa Tradycja". She was selected for Keychange's year-long talent development programme in 2023, a global network and movement working towards gender equality in the music industry. In the past, she hosted her own radio program "Balkanera", published e.g. for nationwide magazines about jazz and world music Jazzarium.pl, Pismo Folkowe, Gazeta Wyborcza and ProAnima.pl. She implemented projects for the Adam Mickiewicz Institute and the Krakow Festival Office. For 5 years she was the spokesperson of the Jazz Juniors Festival. Currently associated with the internet radio JAZZKULTURA, where she runs her own program with world music "World-Sensitivity" and morning broadcasts.
